December 3, 2007 -University of Alberta has selected Geneus for their informatics infrastructure and scientific data management system. GenoLogics installed Geneus at the Alberta Transplant Applied Genomics Centre (ATAGC) at the University of Alberta in September of this year. Read more
October 23, 2007 - Windber Research Institute (WRI) has selected GenoLogics to provide an integrated data management solution to help them achieve their vision of personalized preventative medicine which they are addressing with a translational medicine strategy. WRI required a scientific data management system and LIMS solution that would tie together their research, and clinical/patient data from multiple science areas such as genomics, proteomics, and immunology. September 24, 2007 - Vanderbilt University's Jim Ayers Institute for Precancer Detection and Diagnosis has implemented GenoLogics' Proteus laboratory and data management solution. September 5, 2007 - GenoLogics has joined the Affymetrix GeneChip-compatibleTM Applications Program, and its Geneus product has achieved GeneChip-compatibleTM status with the Affymetrix, Inc. (Nasdaq: AFFX) GeneChip® microarray platform. GenoLogics has seamlessly integrated its Geneus solution, built for multiple genomics applications, with the Affymetrix GeneChip® platforms, GeneChip Operating Software (GCOS) and the new GeneChip® Command ConsoleTM Software (AGCC). June 21, 2007 - GenoLogics' has penned an agreement with Illumina, Inc. to become a technology partner and participant in IlluminaConnect. GenoLogics will build integrations into Geneus that support Illumina's BeadArray technology platforms and software for both gene expression and genotyping applications. Geneus includes science-specific modules that are purposed for multiple genomics application areas, and is built on an enterprise laboratory information management system (LIMS) platform designed for scientific lab and data management.
