Michael brings 20 years experience in sales, marketing, and business development with technology companies to GenoLogics. Most recently Michael was VP at Carmanah Technologies, and prior to this he spent five years in executive management with Creo Products Inc., in Vancouver, as VP Business Development and VP European Sales and Service. Michael spent seven years at Digital Equipment Corp. and has additional experience with several technology start-ups. Michael has been instrumental to the commercial success of GenoLogics, securing the first round of venture capital financing early in 2005. |

James is a co-founder of GenoLogics, and he led the start-up and development of the company until the appointment of Michael Ball as CEO in September 2004. James has fostered relationships with business partners on a global scale and has been instrumental in building GenoLogics’ partner and integration program. James’ expertise, vision, and industry knowledge drive the product vision and roadmap strategy. James has also played an active role in driving data standards initiatives within the Proteomics and Genomics industries. |

Sal Sanci is a technology community veteran with over 20 years of experience. He most recently held the position of VP Technology at Teligence. Sal brings years of product and technology development, management and operational experience to GenoLogics. At GenoLogics Sal oversees the software development, QA and product management teams. Unifying these teams will ensure smooth communications and seamless product delivery to the market. Sal brings VP-level experience from Teligence, Pivotal Corporation, DocsFulcrum and Meridian Technologies to GenoLogics. |

Paul Ford joins GenoLogics from private equity firm PineRidge Partners in Tokyo, where he most recently held the position of Executive Director. Paul is a University of Victoria, Commerce graduate and holds a CA designation. At PineRidge, Paul was responsible for structuring, financing, and negotiating acquisitions in the resorts, digital media and industrial sectors, as well as managing portfolio companies. Prior to PineRidge Partners, he was employed by KPMG for 12 years and was responsible for M&A advisory services, audit and assurance projects. Paul brings strong business acumen to GenoLogics and international experience in financial matters from many regions including London, San Francisco, Hong Kong and Tokyo. |

Rick brings over 22 years of sales and software industry experience in the life sciences, chemical and manufacturing markets, across the Americas, Europe and Asia. Most recently, Rick held the position of Senior Vice President for World Wide Sales and Services at Accelrys Inc in San Diego, California. Prior to this, he spent fourteen years with MSC Software in Santa Ana, California, ultimately filling the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Sales Officer. With his proven leadership, market expertise and results-orientation, Rick has been instrumental in streamlining the GenoLogics’ sales strategy, global account management, and solutions selling process. |

Brandie has focused the past ten years of her career on the high-tech sector, where innovation is core to every business function. Before assuming the position of Director, Customer Solutions, Brandie provided strategic leadership to GenoLogics in the areas of human resources management and organizational development. She was instrumental in guiding GenoLogics through the creation of its unique corporate culture. Brandie’s focus has always been on driving long-term customer value through employee engagement. Leading the team responsible for customer solution delivery expands Brandie’s sphere of influence and leverages her strengths in operations and relationship management. Brandie’s past positions include appointments with Power Measurement (now Schneider Electric) and ACD Systems. Brandie holds an executive MBA with a specialization in leadership and a CHRP designation. |

Cliff has over 15 years experience in all aspects of software design, development and management. As Vice-President of Technology and Development at Voice Mobility, he managed the entire software development process. Included in this role was the responsibility to act as chief software architect and technology lead for VoiceMobility's carrier-grade messaging product. Prior to Voice Mobility, he launched and ran his own successful software business, and worked as a researcher and software developer for the University of Victoria. Cliff holds a Masters degree in computer science from the University of Victoria. |

Tanis’ marketing education and management experience in start-up environments will assist her with building the GenoLogics brand in the Life Sciences industry. |
