GenoLogics is the only company to offer a full-featured LIMS specifically developed for the dynamic needs of modern biological research. GenoLogics began developing LIMS in 2002, delivered its first LIMS to a genomics lab in 2007, and delivered its first LIMS for NGS in 2009. Along the way, GenoLogics has accumulated experience with numerous genomics lab implementations. While implementing a LIMS is no small undertaking, GenoLogics customers attest to the value of a full-featured LIMS built for genomics as opposed to a “LIMS-like” analysis or pipelining tool or an inexpensive home-brewed LIMS.
The Company has forged strong partnerships and customer relationships with leading academic institutions, research institutes, and sequencing instrumentation companies worldwide. In 2011, GenoLogics signed a worldwide co-selling agreement with Illumina, a global leader in NGS. GenoLogics’ customers include University of Washington, University of Southern California, the National Cancer Institute, Jackson Laboratory, Queensland Center for Medical Genomics, Pfizer, Sanofi Aventis, and EdgeBio. Its key partners are Illumina and Life Technologies.
Today, the GenoLogics LIMS provides the end-to-end sample tracking and traceability required to ensure the quality and integrity of genomics laboratory results. GenoLogics is uniquely qualified to meet the future information management needs of the next-generation genomics laboratory by delivering a LIMS that is scalable, adaptable, and usable.
