Sales Department
The Technical Sales Executive works with customers to provide advanced enterprise level solutions to their complex lab information storage and workflow management problems. The incumbent will be responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle, including planning/forecasting, prospecting, relationship management and closing. Through development and execution of a sales strategy, the Technical Sales Executive will meet/exceed targets while assisting GenoLogics with its rapid market expansion goals.
The Field Application Specialist (FAS) will draw on their in-depth technical knowledge of GenoLogics’ software solutions and scientific workflows to provide hands-on subject matter expertise to support the pre and post-sales effort. Playing a critical role in advancing deals through the sales process, the FAS develops strong relationships with customers to conduct world class software demonstrations and contributing to the statement of work within a sales proposal. The FAS will then ensure a seamless hand-off from pre to post sales through effective knowledge transfer.

Product Management Department
Reporting to the Product Definition and Document Manager, the Product Designer, will define and document solutions collaboratively with product managers, product owners, subject matter experts and software developers to enable new pre-configured applications supporting partners’ instruments and software.

Professional Services Department
The Field Implementation Specialist (FIS) will provide hands-on technical subject matter expertise to support the pre and post-sales effort. The FIS conducts deep functional requirements analysis leading to the confirmation of an integrated technology solution definition in accordance to customer specification.
