Through a seamless integration to the TaqMan® ABI7900HT, GenoLogics enables end-to-end SNP genotyping on the TaqMan platform. This integration allows users to import Excel sample sheets into Geneus, apply workflows and assign tasks, and perform 96-to-384 re-arrays. After running TaqMan SNP, Geneus generates SDS files, which can be imported into the SDS software. Geneus then parses, stores, and displays SNP results, freeing researchers from manually creating reports, and ensuring confidence in reporting accuracy.
