Gene Expression & Genotyping

Geneus provides purposed modules specifically built to manage gene expression and genotyping workflows. Whether your lab uses Affymetrix, TaqMan®, Illumina or other platforms, or other platforms, Geneus will integrate to your gene expression or genotyping workflows to ensure accurate and robust workflow management and sample tracking. Geneus currently features modules that integrate to Affymetrix GeneChip® and TaqMan® workflows, but it can also be configured to integrate to gene expression and genotyping workflows on other platforms such as Illumina, or other genomics application areas such as sequencing and RNAi.
