Affymetrix
GenoLogics is a partner in the Affymetrix GeneChip-compatibleTM Applications Program, and its Geneus product has achieved GeneChip-compatibleTM status with the Affymetrix, Inc. (Nasdaq: AFFX) GeneChip® microarray platform. GenoLogics has seamlessly integrated its Geneus solution, built for multiple genomics applications, with the Affymetrix GeneChip® platforms, GeneChip Operating Software (GCOS) and the new GeneChip® Command ConsoleTM Software (AGCC).
caBIG The cancer Biomedical Informatics Grid, or caBIGTM, is a voluntary network or grid connecting individuals and institutions to enable the sharing of data and tools, creating a World Wide Web of cancer research. The goal is to speed the delivery of innovative approaches for the prevention and treatment of cancer. The infrastructure and tools created by caBIGTM also have broad utility outside the cancer community. caBIGTM is being developed under the leadership of the National Cancer Institute's Center for Bioinformatics.

Fred Hutchinson

GenoLogics is committed to developing an open platform for cancer and systems biology research, and has aligned itself with the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center to provide tools that facilitate collaboration among researchers, and assist with the cancer biomarker discovery process.
FuGE-ML
Functional genomics experiments present many challenges in data archiving, sharing and querying. As the size and complexity of data generated from such experiments grows, so does the requirement for standard data formats. To address these needs, the Functional Genomics Experiment [Object Model / Markup-Language] (FuGE-OM, FuGE-ML) has been created to facilitate the development of data standards.
IBM
GenoLogics has an established partnership with IBM; GenoLogics solutions are supported on a broad portfolio of IBM computing infrastructure environments, and the domain experience of IBM's Healthcare and Life Sciences division can be drawn upon to deliver domain-specific knowledge and experience in serving clients in the systems biology field.
Illumina
GenoLogics is an Illumina bioinformatics partner and participant in IlluminaConnect, a bioinformatics software program established by Illumina to advance data integration and analysis among the life science community. GenoLogics will build integrations into Geneus that support Illumina's BeadArray technology platforms and software for both gene expression and genotyping applications. Read More
