Applied Biosystems

GenoLogics' proteomics software enhances Applied Biosystems / MDS SCIEX mass spectrometry instruments by enabling seamless data transfer and management.
Bioinformatics Solutions
GenoLogics is collaborating with BSI to provide integration between the GenoLogics' Proteus lab and scientific data management solution and BSI's PEAKS software for peptide sequencing and protein identification from tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) data.
caBIG The cancer Biomedical Informatics Grid, or caBIGTM, is a voluntary network or grid connecting individuals and institutions to enable the sharing of data and tools, creating a World Wide Web of cancer research. The goal is to speed the delivery of innovative approaches for the prevention and treatment of cancer. The infrastructure and tools created by caBIGTM also have broad utility outside the cancer community. caBIGTM is being developed under the leadership of the National Cancer Institute's Center for Bioinformatics.
GE Healthcare
GE HealthcareGE Healthcare provides transformational medical technologies and services. GenoLogics solutions support .XML export of GE (formerly Amersham Biosciences) "DeCyder" gel analysis software.
HUPO
The Human Proteome Organisation (HUPO) is an international consortium of national proteomics research associations, government researchers, academic institutions, and industry partners. HUPO promotes the development and awareness of proteomics research, advocates on behalf of proteomics researchers throughout the world, and facilitates scientific collaborations between HUPO members and Initiatives. The Human Proteome Organization (HUPO) is a consortium of proteomics research associations, government and academic researchers, and industry partners.
HUPO/PSL
HUPO Proteomics Standards Initiative (PSI)
This sub-group of HUPO defines and specifies community standards for data representation in proteomics. GenoLogics collaborates with HUPO PSI and is involved in defining and participating in the proteomics specific initiatives put forward by this committee.

MIAPE
MIAPE describes the minimum information about a proteomics experiment that is needed to enable the interpretation of the results of the experiment unambiguously and potentially to reproduce the experiment. MIAPE is one of the HUPO-Proteomics Standards Initiatives. GenoLogics supports HUPO and various specific initiatives, such as the Proteomics Standards Initiative (PSI).
GeneBio
GenoLogics and Geneva Bioinformatics (GeneBio) are working together to integrate GeneBio's Phenyx, a proteomics analysis platform for the identification and characterization of proteins and peptides from mass spectrometry data, with GenoLogics' ProteusTM lab and data management software solution.
ISB
The Institute for Systems Biology (ISB) and GenoLogics are collaborating on the ISB's open source data analysis software tools within the life sciences community. GenoLogics is integrating these tools into its lab and data management and informatics
platform.
IBM
GenoLogics has an established partnership with IBM; GenoLogics solutions are supported on a broad portfolio of IBM computing infrastructure environments, and the domain experience of IBM's Healthcare and Life Sciences division can be drawn upon to deliver domain-specific knowledge and experience in serving clients in the systems biology field.
Labkey Software LabKey Software builds free, open source systems to help scientists collect, analyze, and share data from high-throughput experiments and clinical trials. We are a for-profit partnership, based in Seattle, affiliated with and partially owned by the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. Proteus and CPAS (Computational Portal and Analysis System) operate in tandem to provide an integrated lab and scientific data management system and proteomics data repository that allows cancer researchers from separate labs around the world to analyze, store, share, and publish data from proteomics experiments involving mass spectrometry.
Oracle
GenoLogics has built its open bioinformatics platform to support Oracle's DB technology
Proteome Software
GenoLogics has partnered with Proteome Software, a leading developer of proteomics data validation and visualization software, to promote the synergies between Proteus and the ScaffoldBatch Analysis System. This collaboration has resulted in Proteus-Analytics, a new lab and data management solution with integrated protein identification validation.
Thermo Electron Corporation

GenoLogics supports Thermo Electron "SEQUEST" and ""BioWorks" protein search engines.
