	GenoLogics and Illumina have been working together on a number of initiatives over the past few years. Geneus now supports Illumina’s Next Generation sequencer the Genome Analyzer, with a tightly integrated LIMS and data management solution. GenoLogics is also a participant in IlluminaConnect. 	GenoLogics collaborated with BSI to provide an integration between the Proteus LIMS and data management solution and BSI's PEAKS software for peptide sequencing and protein identification from tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) data.
