To ensure you are completely satisfied, GenoLogics provides a comprehensive support program for no charge for one year after installation of our solutions. After the first year, GenoLogics provides comprehensive support and maintenance options for our solutions, depending on your unique requirements.

Support program options include:

• Software Updates – As your research techniques evolve, so do the required instruments and workflows. GenoLogics anticipates these needs and maintains regularly scheduled updates for our software.
• E-mail support – Support e-mails are received by our customer service staff and we pride ourselves on timely responses with personalized answers and solutions.
• Technical Documentation – GenoLogics provides clients with self-service access to an extensive set of technical documents, FAQs, hard copy manuals and software help files.
• Telephone Support – Live phone support is provided to customers from 8 am - 5 pm PST Monday to Friday via our toll free phone number. After hours emergency availability can be accommodated for an additional fee.
