GenoLogics provides thorough training programs for our solutions, which can be delivered on-site and remotely. Courses are customized to each solution in order to meet your unique requirements and learning outcomes.
Course curriculum is generally developed to train both the users and administrators for your solution.
This course provides an understanding of your solution to help users become familiar with basic features and functionality. This course is designed for lab technicians and staff, and covers topics such as workflow, integrations, reporting, web collaboration and configuration capabilities.
This course is designed for system administrators and provides a more in-depth understanding of the solution and has a particular focus on enabling ongoing configurations and customizations. The training covers topics such as user access, security, adaptive reporting, project tracking and invoicing, data archiving and more.
GenoLogics provides our customers with self-service access to an extensive set of technical documents including FAQs, hard copy manuals and help files. We have also recently launched a community portal for our customers to facilitate knowledge sharing.
