The BioChronicle data management system can also automate data collection by using standardized import tools to capture information from other systems, such as images and other unstructured data types, or biomedical informatics research.
The data model maps patients, studies, familial pedigree, time points, lifestyle, disease, treatment and outcomes. The BioChronicle data management system also handles identified and de-identified patient data with appropriate security mechanisms to segregate data, and only provides de-identified data when required.
