Integrated Reporting Solution: Reporting Capabilities for Genomics and Proteomics Data

The Adaptive Reporting Framework for life sciences research provides easy-to-use interactive reporting capabilities, incorporating a powerful and intuitive visual report builder for laboratory management. Its flexibility allows researchers to query data from many types of data sources, including JDBC-wrapped data providers for Relational Databases, JavaBeans (EJB, Hibernate), Java objects (POJO) and XML documents. In fact, a single report can include data from multiple data sources of different types.

With our Adaptive Reporting Framework you can generate your reports in any standard format, including PDF, HTML, CSV, XLS, and XML. Save your reports to XLS and easily convert your report data into powerful presentation materials using Excel. The Adaptive Reporting Framework provides access to report versioning, enabling compliance with audit and regulatory standards.

Integrated Reporting Solution: Standard and Custom Reporting Options

Standard reports with the Adaptive Reporting Framework include:

  • Sample Overview Report
  • Project Overview Report
  • Improved Lab Activity Report
  • Protein Report for Sample (in Proteus only)
  • Billing (.csv export)

Custom reports are configured specifically for your environment, and can focus on the data that is most important to you. A custom report can be created and maintained either by GenoLogics’ professional services team, or by your own technical staff.
