The efficient and effective management of large-scale translational research initiatives includes implementing a powerful integrated informatics system capable of handling the communication, collaboration, data handling, and logistics challenges associated with large-scale initiatives. This system must be a highly flexible informatics system that can automate data capture and configure workflows. Deploying an end-to-end solution also involves a combination of onsite and Web-based technologies to facilitate collaboration among clinicians, physicians, investigators, nurses, researchers and biostatisticians, and across organizations.

GenoLogics works closely with a number of CTSA sites, research, and cancer institutes to provide them with a powerful informatics solution to conduct translational research that will transcend institutional boundaries.

Our customers rely on a GenoLogics solution to enable multi-institutional collaboration, communications and informatics, and to help them realize their translational research goals. To name a few:
•    University College of London
•    University of Texas – Medical Branch
•    Case Western University
•    The Canary Foundation (In collaboration with the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, Stanford, and the University of Southern California)

GenoLogics also supports the America Medical Informatics Association (AMIA), an association focused on biomedical informatics and health informatics that fosters the drive toward personalized medicine through translational science.

GenoLogics works with organizations at all levels to define, plan, implement, adopt and support integrated informatics to enable large-scale translational research initiatives. We integrate with other systems - whether developed in-house, OSS or commercial - to ensure interoperability and value, while managing to the long-term vision for translational research.
